Cardiology II S.E. stethoscope chestpiece
features a 3M-patented dual frequency diaphragm
and the traditional bell side. The dual frequency
diaphragm on one side allows for listening to
both low and high frequency sounds by varying the

The traditional bell side can be used for listening to low frequency sounds or for special procedures such as bruits, carotids and auscultation of small or emaciated patients. A pediatric adapter is included for changing the bell to the same dimensions as the bell of the Littmann Classic II Pediatric stethoscope. Two-tubes-in-one design: Even the tubing has been designed for acoustical excellence. Two tubes are incorporated into a single-tube design that eliminates noise artifact from tubes rubbing together. Comfort: The Cardiology II S.E. stethoscope features a non-chill rim. Your patients will appreciate the comfort. Littmann soft-sealing eartips assure maximum comfort and an excellent acoustic seal in the ear canal. An extra pair of small soft-sealing and firm eartips are also provided. Durability: For long-lasting performance, the headset assembly of the Cardiology II S.E. stethoscope is permanently set at a precise angle. This helps assure proper ear canal fit, minimizes air leaks and protects the headset from loosening over time. The durable, lightweight alloy eartubes will not chip or corrode. An internal adjustable double-leaf spring provides proper tension on the eartubes with every use. The tubing is crafted of latex free specially formulated polyvinyl chloride for resistance to chemical breakdown. Warranty: The Cardiology II S.E. stethoscope is backed by a five year warranty and a lifetime service and repair policy. The warranty is provided by 3M Health Care.
