This site uses
the 'Shopping cart/Check-out' metaphor which is
analogous to shopping at a grocery store. As you
browse pages and locate the products you wish to
purchase, just click the 'Add' or 'Add
to Cart'
button to place the item in your shopping cart
and then either continue shopping (place more
products in your shopping cart) or check-out by
clicking the 'Place Order' link
provided on product pages. You can also view the contents of
your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'View
Cart' link on any product page. Ordering options and
instructions will be presented throughout the
ordering process after you click the 'Place
Order' link or 'View
Cart' link. Hope you have a pleasant shopping

Shipping
& Handling:
- Domestic (in the United
States):
- If the shipping
destination is in the 48 contiguous states of the US,
we will ship your order FREE of shipping and handling
charges provided that orders are shipped, at our discretion,
via UPS Ground (5-7 days in transit) or Priority
Mail (3-4 days in transit).
- Expedited delivery
services such as UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day are also
available for shipping destinations in the 48 contiguous
states of the US at an extra charge. Please select the
appropriate shipping method while placing your order. For
these services, we require that orders be placed by
3:00pm US Central Time on a business day or your order will be shipped on
the next business day. Note that UPS does not pick-up or
deliver on weekends. Also note that UPS does not deliver to
PO Box addresses.
- For shipping
destinations in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico as well as
APO and FPO addresses, we use
Priority Mail and the appropriate shipping method must be
selected while placing the order. Note that our free
shipping policy does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska,
Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses.
- International: Please
select "International" as the shipping method at
the time of ordering and the shipping charges will show up
in your shopping cart. The postal services we use to ship
international orders depends on the country of destination
since all services are not available for all countries.
However, we will endeavor to ship your order so as to
arrive at the destination within 7-10 days. (Note: We do not ship
stethoscopes outside the USA).

Tax: For shipping destinations in Texas,
USA, sales tax at the rate of 8.25% will
apply on the prices shown. |

Return &
Exchange Policy: We
offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original ship
date for all
merchandise featured on this website. We also offer an
exchange policy. An exchange can be either for the same
product or a different product. The following conditions apply
for returns and exchanges:
- Returns must be
shipped within 30 days from the original ship date marked
on our invoice, which is included in the original
shipment. This also applies to a return for an exchange.
After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies
and no returns will be accepted.
- Returns must be
100% complete, in original packaging with the UPC or bar
code intact. All components, manuals, registration card,
invoice and accessories must be included. We reserve the
right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
This also applies to exchanges.

Cancellation of Purchase Orders will be subject to a
restocking charge of up to 15 percent of the original
purchased price.
- The reason for
return or exchange must be provided
on the invoice. Note that the reason is required for
feedback only and will not be used as justification for
rejecting a return or an exchange. Additionally, for
exchanges, the catalog no. of the product to exchange with
must be specified on the invoice following the words
"Exchange with:".
- Ship returns to: HM
International, 5645 Hillcroft Ste 203, Houston, TX 77036,
USA.
- In case of returns, credit will be
issued after we receive and process your return. Note
that Shipping and Handling charges incurred by us will
not be credited. In case of exchanges, the exchanged
product will be shipped after we receive the return and
shipping will be charged at actuals. Note that our free
shipping in the US policy covers original shipment only
and not exchange shipments. Also, differences if any,
between the price of the returned product and the
exchanged product will be credited or debited to your
account, depending on the individual transaction.
