Placing
the order online is a 4-step process as described below:

The contents of your
shopping cart are presented. Shipping and payment options
are also presented. Check-out process begins when you
click the
"Check Out for..." button.

The order form is filled out.

If ordering by credit
card, credit card information is
collected via our secure server. If ordering by
check or money order, this step is skipped.

A printable order
receipt is presented. Order receipts are also emailed.
