Please read the following carefully before ordering.

Shipping & Handling:

Domestic (in the United States):

  • Expedited delivery services such as UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day are also available for shipping destinations in the 48 contiguous states of the US at an extra charge. Please select the appropriate shipping method while placing your order. For these services, we require that orders be placed by 3:00pm US Central Time on a business day or your order will be shipped on the next business day. Note that UPS does not pick-up or deliver on weekends. Also note that UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • For shipping destinations in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico as well as APO and FPO addresses, we use USPS and the appropriate shipping method must be selected while placing the order. Note that our free shipping policy does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/ FPO and International addresses.
  • International: Please select "International" as the shipping method at the time of ordering and the shipping charges will show up in your shopping cart. The postal services we use to ship international orders depends on the country of destination since all services are not available for all countries. However, we will endeavor to ship your order so as to arrive at the destination within 2 to 3 weeks. (Note: We do not ship Littmann products outside the USA).
    
We are not responsible for any custom or local taxes of the destination country.

Sales Tax: For shipping destinations in Texas, USA, sales tax at the rate of 8.25% will apply on the prices shown.

Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for all merchandise featured on this website. We also offer an exchange policy. An exchange can be either for the same product or a different product. The following conditions apply for returns and exchanges:

  • Returns will not be accepted without Return Authorization Number. Please call us at 361-887-9909 to obtain your Return Authorization Number.
  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the original ship date marked on our invoice, which is included in the original shipment. This also applies to a return for an exchange. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted. All returns are subject to processing & handling charges.  A restocking fee of 20 percent the original purchase price applies.
  • Returns must be 100% complete, in original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card, invoice and accessories must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. This also applies to exchanges.
  • Cancellation of Purchase Orders will be subject to a restocking charge of up to 20 percent of the original purchased price.
  • The reason for return or exchange must be provided on the invoice along with the Return Authorization Number. Note that the reason is required for feedback only and will not be used as justification for rejecting a return or an exchange. Additionally, for exchanges, the catalog no. of the product to exchange with must be specified on the invoice following the words "Exchange with:"
  • Ship returns to: HM International, 300 North Shoreline Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX 78401.
  • In case of returns, credit will be issued after we receive and process your return. Note that Shipping, Handling and order processing charges incurred by us will not be credited. In case of exchanges, the exchanged product will be shipped after we receive the return and shipping will be charged at actuals. Note that our free shipping in the US policy covers original shipment only and not exchange shipments. Also, differences if any, between the price of the returned product and the exchanged product will be credited or debited to your account, depending on the individual transaction.

C.O.D: We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Availability: Items in stock at the time of order will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Items not in stock will be shipped after the availability of the product.

Orders for items such as Nebulizers that require prescription will not be processed until the prescription is mailed, faxed or emailed to us.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices in effect at the time of placement of order only will be charged to your account.

All information gathered by HM International remains private and will never be sold or shared with anyone. All information submitted to HM International stays at HM International. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us.

Because HM International is an Internet retailer, security is also of utmost importance. We use the latest security methods and fraud detection techniques available to protect any and all information you give us. Because all credit card information transmitted online is encrypted in transit, it would be useless information, should it be intercepted. We will continue to implement improvements as often and quickly as possible.

We use your e-mail address to send a receipt/confirmation for your purchase from us or to communicate with you about issues pertaining to your order. Your telephone number is used only if we have a question about your order and need to reach you quickly.

Several sections of our site offer links to other sites. Although we make every effort to select sites that we feel might be of interest to our customers, we cannot guarantee your privacy when linking to one of these sites.
